Oasis Path provides e-commerce development, optimization, and AI automation services for businesses. Specific project terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements or proposals.

For client projects, intellectual property rights are defined in individual service agreements. Generally, clients retain ownership of their custom-built websites and applications upon full payment.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement:

  • A 50% deposit is required before project commencement
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and before launch
  • All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD)
  • Late payments may incur additional charges

Project Delivery

We strive to deliver all projects within agreed timelines. However, project completion depends on timely provision of required materials, feedback, and approvals from clients. Delays caused by client-side factors may extend project timelines.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oasis Path shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Oasis Path harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our services.

Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, payment processors). Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement as specified in the individual contract. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
